Liz- Every person you meet is a divine appointment by God. While I've been in Israel I've met so many people that I know God planned for me to meet. But a certain couple has really meant so so much to me and has been such a blessing. I've been thinking a lot about marriage lately and what kind of man God wants me to marry. Well, our bus captains on the trip are a young married couple, Lucas and Erin. They are the picture of what Christ would want a marriage to be like. I have honestly never seen a man be so attentive and loving to his wife and so In love with Jesus. I always hear him telling her he loves her, he is always trying to help her in any way he can, especially with their precious baby girl. He is firmly by her side and loves her so so so much I can't even put it in to words you just need to see. Every girl should try and find a man like this. We deserve someone who is going to love us so much and think we are the "bees knees" and not only love us but more importantly be so in love and intimate with Jesus. I am so glad the Lord put them in my life and he is certainly great with timing, considering that it has been weighing in my mind. I also talked to them about staying pure in a relationship. They told me it's crucial to find a man who will be a strong leader when it comes to the physical things. I learned so much more from these two I'd rather not blog but I am just so grateful the Lord put them in my life and showed me what kind of husband I should look for and what Godly marriage looks like. Rene

Dayenu - A Hebrew word and song meaning "It would have been enough". In other words, my heart is so full with what God has done that nothing else is necessary.

* Visited Mount Carmel and worshipped Yeshua (Jesus) in Hebrew and English

Dayenu!

* Toured Megiddo (Valley of Armageddon) and heard Joel Rosenberg describe the
final battle that will occur there

Dayenu!

* Visited Capernaum where Jesus began his ministry and performed many of his
miracles
* Walked in his steps along the sea of Galilee and the Mount of Beatitudes while
hearing the scriptures
* Took a boat ride on an unusually stormy Sea of Galilee while singing beautiful
hymns, the American and the Israeli National anthems

Dayenu! Dayenu! Dayenu!

Epicenter conference day 2

Rene'- This has been the most amazing conference. A gift from the sweet hand of the Lord. On day two we heard from Israel's Deputy Foreign Minister, Anne Graham Lotz, Kay Arthur, Joel Rosenberg and many others. However, the most stunning moments came from the testimonies of two former Muslims. The first was a terrorist, a hit man for Yasir Arafat. The other was a Shiite Muslim from Iran. Both told riveting stories detailing their conversion to Christianity and their born again experiences. Contrary to what we are hearing in the media, Christ is at work among the Muslims. He is appearing to them in dreams and visions. God is preparing the harvest. Western christians are needed to collect the harvest.

In contrast to many who teach end time prophecy, Joel Rosenberg and Anne Graham Lotz are bringing sanity to the teachings of the last days. Both have a burning conviction that we are in the generation of the last days. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, they present these Bible teachings humbly, articulately, and scholarly.

Liz and I feel so blessed go be in Israel, the alpha and omega frontier with like minded Christians! How sweet is our lord!!

Rene- The first day of the epicenter conference the panel took us through the small old testament book of Joel. Joel concerns the end times. Compared to Revelation, it is eloquent in it's simplicity. Joel is a beautiful book addressing the day of the Lord (when the Lord returns to Israel). It is encouraging in light of all the atrocities perpetrated against Gods Holy Land. The US must continue to stand with Israel. God has promised a harsh judgement for those nations who advocate dividing his land. We encourage all of you to walk humbly, love mercy, and pray passionately for justice for Israel.
"Prayer is the highway through which Gods Will is accomplished"

Liz- one thing I've always been concerned about thanks to my paranoid nature, is the 2012 prophecy. Yesterday someone stood up and asked the panel their thoughts on this and it made me feel so much more at ease and maybe it will help you too. Their answer was: the Bible has an IMPECABLE track record. Every biblical prophecy has come true. It is 100% accurate. The Bible says no one will know the day or hour, but for believers, there will be signs to watch for hinting at the second coming (of Christ duh!)
